Return and Exchange Policy:
Flavor Drink customers have the right to return the product within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its new condition and packaging and is unopened.
Return Terms:
The product must be in its original condition and unopened or unused.
Products sold on special orders are not covered by our return policy.
Refunds:
Refunds are only made through the original payment method and are processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the credit card issuing bank.
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted before the remaining amount is refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation period
Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the service or reservation are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or no-shows will result in a 100% charge.
Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled at no charge if requested 48 hours or more in advance.
Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours may be subject to a 10% fee to cover the changes.

In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will review cancellation or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
