Return and Cancellation Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • The customer of Aroma Drinks is entitled to return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and unopened packaging.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • Custom-made products are not included in the return policy.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method and will be completed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted before refunding the remaining amount.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Timeframe
    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service or appointment will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
    • Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  2. Rescheduling
    • You can reschedule your appointment at no charge if the request is made more than 48 hours in advance.
    • Rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours may incur a 10% fee to accommodate scheduling adjustments.
  3. Exceptional Circumstances
    • In cases of emergencies or unforeseen events, we will review cancellation or rescheduling requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required for consideration.
