Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return products within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Custom‑made or special‑order items are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only via the original payment method and are processed within 10–45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Shipping fees (if any) will be deducted before the remaining amount is refunded.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free of charge if requested 48 hours or more before the appointment.

Requests made 24–48 hours prior may incur a 10 % rescheduling fee to cover adjustments.
Exceptional Circumstances
In emergencies or force‑majeure situations, cancellation or rescheduling requests will be reviewed case by case. Supporting documentation may be required.
