Drink’s Aroma regrets any inconvenience caused.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may return products within 3 days of receiving their order, provided that the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom‑made or special‑order items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only via the original payment method and are processed within 10–45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

  • Shipping fees (if any) will be deducted before the remaining amount is refunded.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is free of charge if requested 48 hours or more before the appointment.

  • Requests made 24–48 hours prior may incur a 10 % rescheduling fee to cover adjustments.

Exceptional Circumstances

In emergencies or force‑majeure situations, cancellation or rescheduling requests will be reviewed case by case. Supporting documentation may be required.
