Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Drinks Aroma UAE, we aim to provide a clear and reliable shopping experience. This policy applies to orders purchased from our UAE store without limiting any consumer rights granted by law.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 3 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, unopened, and complete with all packaging and accessories.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets the condition requirements above.

Consumable Products after Opening

For quality and safety reasons, consumable products are generally not eligible for return once opened or used. This includes coffee, beverages, fillings, syrups, sauces, and food products. Custom-made or specially prepared products are also generally excluded unless there is a defect, damage, an order error, or applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. The case will be handled according to the product type and applicable consumer rights, and may include replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Equipment and Warranty

Equipment and appliances are subject to any warranty terms stated for the product or provided by the authorised agent, where applicable. Commercial warranty terms do not affect statutory rights relating to defects or non-conformity.

Refunds

Once a return is approved, received, and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The amount may take 10 to 45 days to appear depending on the bank or payment provider. Original shipping or return-shipping costs are generally non-refundable where the return is due to a change of mind. If the issue is our error or the product is defective, shipping costs will be handled according to the circumstances.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before an order has been prepared or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation or return eligibility depends on the product type and this policy.
