We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, prices, images, and specifications. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur between images and the delivered product, without affecting our obligation to supply the agreed product and its essential specifications.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed after successful payment or acceptance of an available payment method. We may cancel or place an order on hold in cases of an obvious pricing error, suspected unlawful activity, or unavailable stock, with any amount due refunded where applicable.

Order Confirmation

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance before stock and payment are confirmed. Order notifications will be sent using the contact details provided by the customer.
